Things I have lost over the past few weeks:
1) Mojo.
2) Discipline.
3) Structure.
4) Exercise.
5) Sleep.
6) Energy.
Things I have found over the past few weeks:
1) Stress.
2) Pounds.
3) Lethargy.
4) Fast Food.
5) Tight Pants.
6) Puffy Face.
Time to regroup, refocus, and move forward. Any tips?
I feel your pain. I recently went through a lost and found phase. Once I realized it was time to get back at it I decided to pick 1 thing to do right. For me it was tracking. I committed to tracking my food again. I had a few successful days of that and then I started getting back to my regular exercise. Then I saw the scale move and before I knew it... I had my mojo back. So I guess my tip is to pick one thing that you have lost and work on that. It seems as though one success leads to another and then another. You can do it!!!
